The 'law of the land' that President Obama keeps changing

(My new American Thinker post)

The "law of the land" just got "amended the Obama way" again. Do you remember all of those "in your face" statements about "this is the law of the land" and you can't change it!

I guess that it depends what the meaning of the phrase "law of the land" means!

According to news reports:

"The Department of Health and Human Services announced Friday it would allow consumers to start signing up for coverage under ObamaCare on Nov. 15, 2014, a month later than originally scheduled. The change does not affect those trying to enroll this year.
Congressional Republicans accused the administration of shifting the dates for political reasons, to hide a spike in 2015 premiums, though information may already be available about 2015 premiums before the elections on Nov. 4."

We hear that President Obama taught constitutional law.

What constitution did he teach? It can not be the one that I learned in school.

As I recall, the US Constitution makes it very clear that the Congress legislates or makes the law and the executive enforces it.

Again, what constitution did this law professor teach?

P. S. We spoke about this with Bill Katz & & follow me on Twitter @ scantojr.

Talking Dallas 1963 and the Fielder/Kinsler baseball trade

We spoke with Dave Michaels, long time Dallas radio personality and producer.

First, Dave was born and raised here and remembers the day that President Kennedy was killed.  We both agree that it was a great ceremony.

Second, Dave and I discussed the Rangers/Tigers trade.  I like the trade for Texas.  My biggest question is whether Fielder will play first base or platoon between DH and first.
