Happy # 80 to John Sebastian




Happy birthday to a great songwriter and the leader of The Lovin' Spoonful, a great band from the 1960's. 

 Later, John went solo and recorded "Welcome back Kotter", a # 1 song and theme music for the very popular TV show.   

 I think that I have my "Best of...." vinyl LP somewhere in a box.  

 "Darling be home soon" was one of my favorite songs.  Happy birthday John!
