The "morning after sequester" and Pres Obama looks very foolish

Yes, we woke up today and the lights are still on, the TV works, the sun came out, it snowed in some parts of the country and spring training games will be played today.

Another normal Saturday?  Yes another very normal day!

What more evidence do you need to understand that we have a president who is not serious about governing?  a man who believes that "pandering" and "scaring" voters into voting for him rather the GOP?  a man who frankly does not understand how all of these "month to month crisis" are killing confidence?

Reality may have finally caught up with Obama.    The "sequester" was always an insignificant reduction of federal spending, i.e like 3% of our budget.  How can we deal with the overall debt if we can't cut 3%?

Let's hope that the "Obama cultists", or the people who think that BO is God's gift to mankind, will finally wake up and smell the roses.  BO is not God's gift to mankind.  Frankly, he is not much of an executive either!

The US economy

We saw some strange economic news this week:  Americans saw their Incomes drop, durable goods down 5% in January, the GDP was revised to 0.1% growth in the last quarter of 2012 and Detroit is going broke.

Add to this the bleak jobs report and you have a lot of concern about the US economy.

Add to this the month to month crisis mode plus the growing uncertainty over Obama-Care and no one is hiring.   And don't forget to add the high unemployment rates of Europe and you have a mess.

I am not giving you "gloom and doom".   However, we do need leadership and we are not getting any from Pres BO.  The country needs a leader and Pres BO defines leadership as reading from a teleprompter.
