We spoke with Brandi Tanner Chambliss, Alice Linahan and Hortencia Wilcox about school choice.
For years, I've argued that school choice will accomplish two important objectives:
1) It makes schools more accountable to parents; and,
2) It allows parents to choose religious schools that incorporate a particular faith in the curriculum. This is now more important than ever because of the maddening "secularization" of our public education. They can't have a Christmas party in public schools anymore!
The Heritage Foundation has been at the forefront of this issue. You can read their state by state analysis: School Choice in America
