According to news reports, Pres BO has asked Iran to "return" the drone.
Are you kidding me?
First, why would Iran return a drone anyway? It is a huge PR victory against the US.
Second, and more important, why didn't we destroy the drone once it landed on Iranian soil?
Former VP Cheney said that we should have gone in and destroy the drone. Senator Lieberman agrees!
Our problem is simple: The drone is a national security goldmine in the hands of Iran.
Why didn't we destroy it? Wonder if anyone in the media will ask Pres BO that question?
I agree with Bill Katz of Urgent Agenda about this drone incident:
"Obama's pathetic request for the Iranians to return the drone they captured is a signal that we intend to speak softly and carry an increasingly small stick."
