By all accounts, there was massive fraud in Venezuela. Daniel Duquenal outlined several examples in today's coverage.
Capriles believes that 300,000 ballots must be examined. We also have pictures of ballots under fire or disappearing.
President Obama must support the recount. We can not allow this level of corruption in a major country in Latin America.
