The problem with BO-Care is that most voters don't like it

"So, how many times did the president say the words "healthcare" or "the Supreme Court" or "Chief Justice John Roberts?" Zero."

"Two years later, the public is no happier with the law than it was then. Mr. Obama’s signature initiative may have prevailed in the Supreme Court, but a White House that vowed a public relations blitz selling the act’s virtues never fully followed through, much to the frustration of many Democrats and even some of the law’s authors.
Now Mr. Obama faces the consequences as he heads toward a hotly contested election that will decide whether he has a second term and, by extension, whether the law will survive efforts to repeal it."

BO-Care is very unpopular for several reasons:

First, it is incomprehensible.  Just try reading the 2,500 pages.  In fact, most legislators did not read it!

Second, it will increase the size of government, i.e. higher taxes.  Govenment is not Santa Claus.  It can only grow by increasing taxes!  (WSJ Chief Economist: 75% of Obamacare Costs Will Fall on Backs of Those Making Less Than $120K a Year)

Third, it passed the US Senate after Democrats were literally bribed with despicable arrangements like the Nebraska deal.   We should add Sen Nelson, the Dem who accepted this deal, is not running for reelection.

Last, but not least, it will become even more popular now that it is offical that its constitutionality is directly related to a "tax".
