1993: Reggie Jackson Hall of Fame

We remember Reggie Jackson who broke with the Kansas City A's in 1967, or the year before the team moved to Oakland.   He quickly became one of the best power hitters in baseball when he hit 47 in 1969.

Overall, he hit 563 HR with 1,702 RBI.   He stole 228 bases and most of them over a 10 year period.    Jackson was the 1973 MVP and was often among the finalists in the 1970s.  In 1977, he hit 4 HRs in game 6 of the World Series and became "Mr October".

In 1993, Reggie Jackson was inducted into The Hall of Fame.
