Chaotic start?

Yes, the first few months of the Trump administration were chaotic....frankly, so was Clinton and others......you go from campaigning to governing and it takes time to make that transition...nevertheless, year 1 ended strongly, from Gorsuch to new appellate judges to tax reform.
