Let's take a moment and check out the state of the US economy.
In other words, let's get back to the real world:
First, unemployment is 3.7%; and,
Second, manufacturing confidence at all-time high despite workforce shortage!
This is great news for US workers and employers. Furthermore, I love to see the good news about manufacturing.
