Romney wins! Romney wins!
Pres BO looked disspirited and often just rambling. He came across as unprepared or disinterested. Or maybe he didn't prepare well for Gov Romney's answers. Or maybe Pres BO has too many "yes men" around him.
The body language was devastating. I agree with Charles Hurt:
"The split screen was most devastating. Mitt Romney spoke forthrightly, with carefully studied facts and details at the ready. He looked right at the president and accused him of being miles out of his depth.
The left is furious. Chris Matthews doesn't get it.
Andrew Sullivan, one of Pres BO's biggest "butt kissers" called it a "disaster".
On the other hand, Gov Romney came in ready, informed and showed incredible knowledge of the presidency.
I was so happy to see Gov Romney go at Pres BO and challenge "hope and change". We finally saw "yes we can" & "hope and change" exposed as fantasies and worthless slogans.
It was a good night for Romney!
