The bad news is that President Obama's speech was full of "class warfare slogans", such as the nonsense of taxing the rich to pay for a bunch of programs that he never got out of a Democrat Congress.
The good news is that he spoke before a Congress with a lot less "D's" in the audience.
This is President Obama's electoral legacy: A lot of "D's" were watching the speech on TV because they voted for Obama Care or supported his failed policies.
