No one said it'd be easy to reform France:
French President Emmanuel Macron is determined to loosen up rules regarding public sector employment but he is facing strong resistance from unions led by French rail workers who have announced plans for several months of rolling walkouts designed to grind the nation to a halt.Not easy at all.
