Frankly, I don't get it. Was she or wasn't she? So far, I can't tell.
Rick Moran summarized it best:

And while it is clear from the Libby trial that there was a concerted effort by the Administration to inform selected members of the press that Valerie Plame worked for the CIA, it is much less clear that Libby, Rove, Armitage, and others knew of her covert status and deliberately tried to ruin her career."
