Unfortunately, we do not have a "tax the
rich" problem. We have a huge spending problem coupled with a lack of
presidential leadership.
Professor
Samuelson got it right again:
"The "fiscal cliff" is a massive failure
of presidential leadership."
Indeed it is.
Pres BO refuses to tackle the entitlement tsunami headed our way.
Social Security & Medicare are unsustainable. These programs accounted for 44% non-interest federal spending.
Translation: UNSUSTAINABLE.
