We remember this month the 23rd anniversary of Raul Castro ordering the killing of four civilians: Armando Alejandre Jr. (45 years old), Carlos Alberto Costa (29), Mario Manuel de la Peña (24), and Pablo Morales (29). Three of these men were US citizens and the 4th was a legal resident.
Will we see a repeat of that terrible day in Venezuela?
Will Raul Castro order Cuban agents to kill Venezuelans? Time will tell but he won’t get away with it this time around.
