Is nuclear power making a comeback? I hope so but new polls show that majorities now oppose nuclear energy.
I would love to see 75-100 nuclear plants supplying much of our residential energy needs. It would be a huge step forward on the road to economic independence.Nuclear power is a serious alternative to fossil fuel. We need to invest more in nuclear plants. At the same time, cheap gasoline prices are making it difficult to talk about any other type of energy.
