Therefore, it is a great pleasure to see how the "Miss Dallas Texas Latina" is helping young women in the Dallas area.
We spoke with Juan Arturo Ramirez, the state director, Ivette Amparan, 17 and a student in Hebron High School, plus Arelly Garcia, 18 and attending a local college.
