Taxes and living in a blue state.......see this headline: "Never short on ideas for things to tax, lawmakers in New Jersey are considering a tax on tap water"!
By the way, they are calling it a user fee. My good guess is that the voters of New Jersey won't buy the "user fee" explanation.
