2007: Well done, Joe Namath!

The great Joe Namath lead the Jets over the Colts in Super Bowl 3.  It put the AFL on the map and led to the merger a year later.

Joe Namath was one of the greatest QB's in NFL history. He was the first QB to throw for 4,000 yards in one season and was a winner for 15 years.

Back in 2007, Joe Namath finally got his college degree from Alabama. 

Obviously, Namath does not need a job, career or the fame. Yet, I'm happy that he went back and finished his education. It is a good example for the younger guys who are getting an education and playing college sports.
