Another year of DACA, judges and a long rain delay........

With respect to DACA and the latest judge's opinion, my friend Rick Moran wrote:

SCOTUS could rule more broadly if it took the Texas case, but if the justices were of a mind to dissect the issue, they may take on Bates's ruling.
Either way, it will be at least a year before the fate of DACA recipients is decided.

Yes it will be another year before The Supreme Court rules on DACA.  It will be the judicial equivalent of a very long rain delay!
