BO's week: The Middle East explodes & another credit downgrade

It's been a tough week for the Obama administration.

First, the Middle East is literally burning.   We are watching mobs throwing stones at US embassies and anti-Americanism rampant through the region.

Weren't we told a few years ago that things would be different under Pres BO?  In fact, he told them in Cairo (2009) that "torture" was over and GITMO would be closed in a year.   He even made this rather arrogant prediction: The Day I'm Inaugurated Muslim Hostility Will Ease.

Second, another agency is downgrading the US:

"Ratings firm Egan-Jones cut its credit rating on the U.S. government to "AA-" from "AA," citing its opinion that quantitative easing from the Federal Reserve would hurt the U.S. economy and the country's credit quality."

Egan-Jones is not Moody's but it counts quite a bit.

The downgrade is just another indictment of the Obma policies.    Pres BO has chosen to pander rather than lead and  the "chickens have come home to roost"......we are facing a crisis and our president does not seem to see it.
