These marches will not help the Dems.....just ask the Dems old enough to remember 1968 & 1972!

We would recommend the Dems read a couple of articles about the Wall Street Marches.

First, Dem pollster Douglas Schoen has a warning for the Obama crowd:
"Yet the Occupy Wall Street movement reflects values that are dangerously out of touch with the broad mass of the American people—and particularly with swing voters who are largely independent and have been trending away from the president since the debate over health-care reform"
Schoen is exactly right.  Just look at the placards and interviews.

New York Magazine has a story on the marchers.  It proves that these people don't have a clue or understand the issues that they are complaining about.  They asked 50 questions and got ignorant answers!

Compare the Wall Street protesters with the people at the Tea Party rallies.   The people who marched in '09 and '10 had knowledge of the issues.  They took the time to learn and study the issues.

It won't be long before Dems, specially the many seeking reelection in '12, will be running away from this group.

In the late 1960's, the anti-Vietnam War demonstrations turned very radical and hurt the Dems.  The Chicago demonstrations hurt VP Humphrey in '68 because millions voted for Nixon and Wallace.

It was a disaster for the Dems!  It will be the same the next time we have an election.
