Update on the 2018 Generic Congressional Vote

Update on the 2018 Generic Congressional Vote. The RCP average is Dems plus 7.7%. The last two polls have it + 6%.
We don’t know how the actual vote will turn out in November. However, the current single digit average is not what you usually see before a wave. Stay tuned!
