A few days ago, I was driving around and heard "Dandelion" by The Rolling Stones.
It was one of my favorite songs from those "school days" when we collected 45's and kept an eye on the cute girl having lunch in the cafeteria. (There were lots of cute girls at Madison!)
It seems like only yesterday but it was a lot of years ago.
LBJ was president. Today, I drive on the LBJ Freeway in Dallas.
"Dandelion" was actually the B-side of "We love you", a song that many radio stations did not play. "Dandelion" was one of the most interesting songs from the Stones. but was not released in an LP until a few years later.
