Let's trade Sotomayor for that French judge!

Good news from France and Europe:

"France's Constitutional Council on Saturday rejected a 75 percent upper income tax rate to be introduced in 2013 in a setback to Socialist President Francois Hollande's push to make the rich contribute more to cutting the public deficit."

WOW!  Somebody in France woke up on the right of the bed this morning.  Or maybe common sense is finally starting to prevail over there.

There are probably constitutional reasons for overturning a law that targets the rich in France.  After all, this is no longer Marie Antoinette's France!

There are also sound economic reasons for stopping this "class warfare" and madness of going after the rich.   It makes no sense to go after those who work and create jobs.  They may decide to leave the country, as so many already have.

A few days ago, our Justice Sotomayor ".....rejected an emergency request for an injunction to prevent HHS from enforcing the contraception mandate on Hobby Lobby’s Catholic owner..."

Let's send Sotomayor to Paris and bring that French judge here!
