Today, we say "Happy Valentine's Day" to all of our friends. Valentine's Day falls on a Tuesday this year so my guess is that most couples celebrated last weekend or perhaps today.
Either way, it is a nice holiday, a time to tell that special one that she is special indeed. Beatriz and I will be attending our annual church dance. It is held in coordination with Marriage Day, an international effort to promote marriage at a time when too many are not taking that step.
Enjoy your day because it comes around once a year.
By the way, Valentine's Day is expected to be a $17 billion day. Furthermore, men will spend a lot more money than women.
