How is "SI SE PUEDE" working out for "hispanos"? The answer is that it is not working. It's more like "NO SE PUEDE."
Peter Ferrara has an outstanding column at Forbes: The Worst Economic Recovery Since The Great Depression
Mr Ferrara explains that "the Obama recovery" is everything but a recovery. He also reminds us of the Obama "disaster" for Hispanics:
"Hispanics have also been suffering a depression under Obama, with unemployment today still in double digits at 11%.
Hispanic unemployment has been in double digits for three years under President Obama."
Let's hope that "hispanos" are more skeptical and demand "results" rather than another round of "5 de Mayo" speeches from this administration.
Hispanics should exercise their "electoral power" by voting for the GOP and demanding the attention that they didn't get from the "si se puede" candidate.
"Hispanos" learned a nasty lesson under Pres BO and his Dem majority of 2009-10. The Dems didn't deliver and won't as long as Hispanos "blindly" give them the vote in every election.
It's time to "Hispanos" to flex their electoral muscle by reminding Dems that they are humans not little robots that blindly vote on election day.
