What can Texas Rangers' fans learn from the Brooklyn Dodgers?

Who do we turn to for baseball consolation?  How about the Brooklyn Dodgers, the team that is known today as the LA Dodgers.

In 1952 and 1953, Brooklyn lost to the Yankees in the World Series.  They came back and beat NY in 1955.

Like the Rangers, the Dodgers had a core group of players who played together for years.  They were Jackie Robinson, Pee Wee Reese, Joe Campanella, Gil Hodges, Carl Furillo, etc.

The Dodgers had 1955, or the year that they finally won.  The Rangers will have their '55, too!
