CBS has spoiled AG Holder's little game that no one told him about those ATF guns sent to Mexico:
"New documents obtained by CBS News show Attorney General Eric Holder was sent briefings on the controversial Fast and Furious operation as far back as July 2010.
That directly contradicts his statement to Congress."
Let's hope that AG Holder is writing his resignation letter because this is outrageous!
The CBS story confirms AG Holder has a very bad memory or misled Congress, and the American people.
My question is this: Did he mislead Pres BO, too?
As we posted before, leadership is about accountability. At some point, "grown ups" have to accept responsibility and tell the truth.
First, it's time for AG Holder to walk over to Pres BO and submit his resignation. The "ignorance" defense does not work when you are the AG of the US and your department sold 2,000 guns to Mexican cartels, the people who decapitate and blow up casinos.
Second, Pres BO needs to give a speech and explain to the public why his administration sold 2,000 weapons to the Mexican cartels. What were they thinking? What was the objective of the plan? Who approved it?
P.S. Check my commentary on Tuesday's show:
