Pres BO will deliver the much anticipated "jobs speech" next week.
What can he say? What can he do?
First, he can present a growth agenda that makes life easier on businesses to do business. My point is that businesses will hire new employees if they see growth down road. They will also hire people if they understand what BO-Care will do to their labor costs.
Second, he can call for lower corporate tax rates so that US corporations can compete with other countries.
Third, he can tell the EPA to take a vacation and stop messing with Texas.
Fourth, he can deregulate our energy sector and let Americans look for oil in the US.
I'm sure that there are lots of ideas. However, Pres BO would be well served to put some tangible ideas on the table.
It won't work if we hear another "hope and change" speech with "poll tested" lines like "shared sacrifice".
We are way beyond speeches. We are in the mood for specifics and lots of them.
