Solyndra & Mexican cartels: Why is Pres BO always the last one to hear what his administration is doing?

We can say a few things about Pres BO's management style:

1) He is surrounded by a lot of people who never created jobs or run enterprises; and,

2) Nobody tells Pres BO anything.   Perhaps, no one in the White House thinks that Pres BO is the boss.

"In classic management theory, Barack Obama would have to be described as an abdicative manager.
The abdicative manager evidences a tendency to flee from responsibility and is frequently encountered in situations where he or she never wanted the job in the first place (for instance, a son or daughter who inherits a company or the individual who discovers that they are incapable of adequate performance).
Abdication can be exhibited in a variety of ways, ranging from physically removing oneself through travel (the confusion of movement with action), to obsessing about personal interests or a limited range of controllable subjects."

Do you think that Frank nailed it by calling Pres BO an "abdicative manager"?  I think so!

Check out a couple of "scandalous" stories on the front pages!

What do these two stories have in common?  An abdicative manager!

We just learned that Solyndra's loan was restructured

"The Obama administration restructured a half-billion dollar federal loan to a troubled solar energy company in such a way that private investors — including a fundraiser for President Barack Obama — moved ahead of taxpayers for repayment in case of a default, government records show."

Who signed off on that restructure?  Can you imagine a bank officer agreeing to a restructure that puts his bank interests below the shareholders at the time of liquidation?

What would happen to that bank officer?  He would be fired.  His boss would be fired.

Could the bank president go to the board of directors, or a shareholders' meeting, and say that his officers "went rogue"?

Why isn't someone getting fired over Solyndra?   Who made the decision to overrule the analysts?  Who restructured the loan and put the taxpayers in a weak position?

Who made this decision, or decisions?  Why isn't Pres BO calling a press conference and announcing some firings?

On the other story, we just learned that more of those "guns sold to the cartels" are showing up here at crime scenes in the US:
Gunwalker Linked to Three More Murders

Who decided to sell guns to cartels?  Who is taking responsibility for an operation that has killed Mexican soldiers, policemen and US border agents?  We will have more deaths as the cartels are now walking north with the guns "provided" by the Obama administration.

How can the decision maker in this operation still have a job in the Obama administration?

On Solyndra and the "guns to Mexico", we have two Cabinet officers who did not supervise their people correctly.

Someone has to get fired!  I'm not trying to do the "Trump" but someone needs to submit their resignation and accept the responsibility for these two blunders.

AG Holder and Energy Secretary Chu need to accept responsibility or Pres BO needs to ask for their resignations.

James Carville is right.  Pres BO needs to fire someone and show the world that he is "the boss".  Otherwise, he will continue to project weakness here and to the bad guys around the world.
