In case you didn't hear the news, Pres BO wants Congress to pass that bill and now!
Unfortunately, no one has seen the bill or how Pres BO intends to pay the US$450 billion associated with it.
Is it too much to ask Pres BO to actually draft a bill and submit it to Congress?
We think so but this is a presidency grounded on "feel good" speeches and little substance.
There is no bill. There is no idea of how the bill will be paid for.
