We had a feeling that Gov Perry would shake things up in the GOP race. However, I didn't think that it'd be this quickly.
Gov Perry made some unfortunate remarks about Fed Chairman Bernacke. I understand what Gov Perry was trying to say. He spoke for millions who are against all of this "money printing" because it will be a burden on their children and future generations.
Let's hope that Gov Perry learned his lesson. He needs to count to 10 and answer questions from constituents.
How damaging is it? Not much unless he keeps doing it!
Congresswoman Bachman is off to a good start too after her Iowa victory. However, she will stay in 3rd place unless Perry or Romney collapse.
What about that fellow Romney? My guess is that he will lay low for a bit. Romney will let Gov Perry take center stage for a while and wait for the mid-September debate. He will continue to run against Pres BO and that's brilliant!
Last, but not least, there is talk of Giuliani, Palin, Ryan, and so on.
It will be fun and good for each of the candidates to get tested on the campaign trail.
