We are happy that the GOP majority will pass the CAP, CUT and BALANCE bill.
I like this approach because it is specific. No hope and change but real spending cuts.
We hear that Pres BO has promised to "veto the bill".

Yes, the addition of the Balanced Budget Amendment is symbolic because the states mus approve a constitutional amendment. At the same time, it will force an up and down vote on the topic.
