We take a minute to wish a very happy birthday to Beatriz. We will probably spend the day with some friends.
Last, but not least, I won't reveal her age because I don't want to sleep outside tonight!
However, you can enjoy these pictures and travel with us over the years----single woman before we met, mother of 3 young boys in December '94, the 2008 Texas vs Texas A&M pre-game in College Station & the two of us again at the St Catherine's Valentine's Day dance in 2011!

Beatriz is not 16 AND we she was not my "funny valentine" in school. Actually, we went to different Catholic schools miles apart. We are also really too young to remember this song. However, we did enjoy dancing to this one at the St Catherine's Dance AND it is my favorite birthday song:
