As we move toward the August 2nd deadline, we are happy to see that Speaker Boehner is holding the line, i.e. no new taxes!
Today's WSJ editorial is right on target:
"Keep in mind that Mr. Obama has already signed the largest tax increase since 1993.
While everyone focuses on the Bush tax rates that expire after 2012, other tax increases are already set to hit the economy thanks to the 2010 Affordable Care Act."
That's right! We are on the verge of tax increases as the result of BO-Care, unless it is repealed (unlikely before 2013) or found unconstitutional by The Supreme Court in 2012.
Speaker Boehner should stand strong and force Pres BO & Dems to drop all of these taxes hidden in the BO-Care law that no one read.
