We spoke with Ray Walser & Israel Ortega of The Heritage Foundation about the "guns to Mexico" controversy.
The "fast and furious" scandal is now huge in the US, as well as in Mexico.
We don't know who approved this program, or the sale of guns to cartels for the purpose of tracing their whereabouts.
It does appear that high level officials overruled the local ATF who were not thrilled with the idea.
