AG Holder should resign over the "Fast and Furious" scandal, or selling guns to the Mexican cartels

We are watching a bit of "a turf battle" over "Fast and Furious".

On one hand, the Obama administration won't answer questions because they want to see a Department of Justice investigation.

On the other hand, the Congress wants answers.

In the meantime, we call on AG Holder to resign because he has not looked good in this scandal.

We agree with today's Washington Examiner editorial:

"Documents released by the Issa panel make it clear that Operation Fast and Furious was well-known and enthusiastically supported at the highest leveIs of ATF. That means the program had to have been supported elsewhere within the Justice Department.

Thus, it is inconceivable that Holder did not know about Operation Fast and Furious. But even if he didn't know, he clearly should have.

Either way, Wednesday's hearing provided the latest evidence that it's past time for Holder to go."

Remember when AG Holder told Congress that he had not read the Arizona law last year?  How much more incompetence are we supposed to put up with?
