My guess is that Pres BO will make a "Cinco de Mayo" statement today. He will probably call for bipartisan action on immigration reform.
At the end of the day, Pres BO will not present a specific proposal to Congress or the media.
How do we know this? He did not in 2009 and 2010. He will not in 2011.
By the way, I think that Utah is leading the way with a very interesting proposal to deal with illegal immigration.
The Utah proposal calls on illegal immigrants to identify themselves. It also gives them the opportunity to apply for a work visa and work legally in Utah.
Utah has a specific proposal. Pres BO will give us another meaningless "hope and change" speech.
Therefore, nothing will happen on immigration reform again!
