When is Pres BO planning to go to Congress for a war resolution?

We are now into the second or third week of the Libyan war, or whatever else they call it in the White House.

As I mentioned before, I think that the president of the US has the authority, and duty, to react quickly to emergencies and threats to our national security.

However, Libya was not an emergency or a threat.  Instead, Libya was an opportunity to get rid of Ghadaffi a month ago.

Also, I am deeply insulted that Pres BO paid more respect to the UN than the US Congress.

Let's hope that Congress will remind Pres BO that he is the president of the US and not the UN.

Also, how much is this adventure going to cost?  I understand that we've already spent over US$ 500 million.

I support a "no fly zone" but Pres BO had 3 weeks to request a resolution and educate the US public on the mission and its importance to our national security.

We need a full explanation of the Libyan mission.
