Yes it's true: I'd rather watch a sporting event than a TV wedding.
However, we can agree that this was one spectacular TV show.
They are a very nice looking couple. Kate looked stunning in her beautiful wedding dress.

A few years ago, Capitol released "The Beatles's BBC tapes", or radio shows that the group recorded between 1963-64.
The CD included "The Honeymoon song" with Paul singing lead. They never released this one on one their albums but it is a very nice arrangement.
Mary Hopkin, the beautiful Welsh young woman who recorded "Those were the days", released a great version, too.
