Pres BO's first 2012 video is out. It is a bit weird:
First, there is no "hope and change". On the contrary, these voters are sympathetic to the fact that BO was human after all.
Second, where is Pres BO in this video? Where is the speech about "parting the waters" or "we are the ones we've been waiting for"?
Third, this video has a little bit of Reagan '84. It worked very effectively for Pres Reagan in 1984 but BO is not Reagan and this is not '84.
Last, but not least, this video conveys a certain desperation to get the "yes we can" screamers excited again.
The "yes we can" screamers did not show up in 2010....and Pres BO needs for them to get excited now.
Did you see anything in this video about closing GITMO or not fighting wars without a congressional resolution?
I didn't either.
Did you hear anything about the "stimulus" "BO-Care" and how he was going to go line by line on the federal budget?
No, I didn't either.
