In reality, he signed an extension of the "Bush tax cuts" or the same tax cuts that he was called "cuts for the rich".
I guess that Pres BO has learned a big lesson: it's one thing to charm a bunch of 18-year olds caught up in a personality cult....BUT it's quite another thing to increase taxes in the middle of a recession.
The bad news is that candidate BO told a lot of people here, and around the world, every "anti-Bushism" that they wanted to hear.
The good news is that Pres BO is now reversing campaign promises like no in modern presidential history.
Again, be careful about voting for the guy who sounds so good and has a simplistic "anti-Bushism" for every problem under the sun.

Be careful because he will probably disappoint you.....just ask all of the "yes we can" screamers who bought all of the "hope and change".
P.S. It was a great TV show. I hope that "Flipper" doesn't get mad at me because I compared his fancy movements to Pres BO:
