Who knows? Nevertheless, I'm glad that a certificate was issued and let's move on to tackle real world problems.
Up in Wisconsin, the Supreme Court election was clearly a referendum on Gov Walker's reforms.
The Dems & public sector unions put everything on the line and still lost.
It's time for the Dem politicians to grow up and govern. They will have another chance to make their case to the voters in the next election.
