Some presidential leadership lessons for Pres BO!

It was President's Day in the US yesterday.

It is Pres Washington's birthday today.

We think that Pres BO should stand back and learn a couple of lessons in leadership from the men who preceded him.

First, Pres Washington always put the country first.

On the other hand, Pres BO put his partisan interests first when he sued Arizona over the illegal immigration law.

Second, Pres Lincoln did not take a passive attitude about preserving the union.

On the other hand, Pres BO's speech & budget reflect a lack of urgency about the nation's # 1 domestic problem.

Third, Pres Reagan did not hesitate to "call out" our enemies, such as when he spoke of "the evil empire".

On the other hand, Pres BO will not call them "terrorists".

Fourth, Pres Truman did not run away from tough decisions, such as The Berlin Airlift that saved the city from Soviet oppression.

On the other hand, Pres BO did not support the people of Iran when they rose against the fraudulent elections in 2009.

Fifth, Pres GW Bush was not afraid of entitlement reform, such as his proposal in 2005 to reform Social Security.

On the other hand, Pres BO refuses to tackle entitlements!

It's all about leadership! Frankly, we could use a little presidential leadership today!
