BO-Care waivers: How can we have a health care law that applies to some and not others?

This is the Chicago way....you take care of your friends....or at least the friends who "take care of you"!

According to news reports, The Department of Health and Human Services has issued 200 plus temporary "waivers" to businesses that offer offer health insurance coverage with limited benefits.

This past week, HHS updated the list:  It's up to about 725 companies who have managed to "escape" BO-Care.

Here is an interesting bit of news: Labor groups have received about 180 waivers, or 25% of the total.

How can the Obama administration defend that?  Did any of the Dems who voted for this bill know that these waivers were issued or would be issued?

It smells bad and most Americans can smell it!
