What was Sec Clinton doing this close to Hugo Chavez anyway?
Chavez has started a diplomatic war over the US Ambassador.
He has just devalued the currency and given Venezuelans more to scream about.
He has mocked the rule of law and given himself a bunch of new presidential powers.
Question: What was this guy doing this close to Sec Clinton?
I don't know. It does not make us look very strong when we are shaking hands with a character like Chavez!
