The week in review

It was an amazing week, the first week of November 2010.

The Rangers' season on Monday. It was a disappointment because Texas went down in 5 games. However, we have a lot to be happy about, specially beating NY in the ALCS.

In the next couple weeks, we will see how great the season was:

Ron Washington, Manager of the Year

Neftali Feliz, Rookie of the Year

Josh Hamilton, MVP and maybe a Gold Glove

Vlad Guerrero, Comeback Player of the Year

Elvis Andrus, my choice for AL shortstop Gold Glove

Jon Daniels, GM of the Year

Now let's sign Cliff Lee and it will be a perfect off season.

It was a great Tuesday for the GOP. They won the House, made 6 pickups in the Senate and swept the governorships.

What about the statehouses? The GOP swept the state legislatures and will be in a great position for redistricting in 2011.

Best moment: Grayson goes down in Florida! Grayson is frankly a jerk!

Worst moment: Harry Reid is reelected in Nevada. What happened to the polls in Nevada?

Weird moment: California! What in the world has happened to the Golden State?

What's next? The GOP House should pass a bill repealing BO-Care and send it to the Senate. Let the Senate Dems fight for BO-Care.

Repealing will be tough because the GOP does not have the numbers yet. However, you can start the defunding process.

My message to the GOP is simple: Be bold!
