Why does Pres Bush look better and better all of the time?
Today, Pres BO has not changed much of what he criticized about Pres Bush:
Iraq: Pres BO is carrying out the agreements that Pres Bush negotiated. The "anti-Iraq war" candidate is now invested in making sure that Iraq turns out well.
Afghanistan: Pres BO disappointed the left by sending 30,000 troops. He is now backing down from that "silly" promise to start withdrawing troops next July.
GITMO is still open and will likely remain open indefinitely. Why? Because the Dem majority did not give Pres BO the funds to close it and move the terrorists to a jail in US soil.
Secret CIA Rendition jails? The left is going crazy because Pres BO has left them open too!
Bush tax cuts? Pres BO won't let them expire like he promised during the campaign.
"Don't ask, don't tell": Pres BO did not reverse it or send a proposal to Congress to legislate a reversal.
Terrorist trials in NY: Another stupid campaign promise that has blown up in Pres BO's face.
Today, The Washington Post puts another nail in that silly promise to hold "terrorist trials" in US courts:
"Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the self-proclaimed mastermind of the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks, will probably remain in military detention without trial for the foreseeable future, according to Obama administration officials."
